非常差的體驗，房間一股黴味煙味，想開空調吹吹散葉，但空調打不開，手機充電，一碰插座面板，面板就掉了。房間的沙發非常的臟，臟到那種不敢坐的情況，前台的工作人員非常的不專業。不敢想象這是凱賓斯基的酒店，就是招待所的水平。對了，入住還的交按金。真的是停留在20年前的水平。

房間設施比較陳舊，房間味道比較大，有種落寞的感覺，長期沒人住的黴味，聯繫換房間後，依然味道比較大，後來讓我開窗通風，本着既來之則安之的心態，就開窗，結果又要求簽免責聲明，開窗免責聲明，總之不好的體驗，同等價位，可以有更好的選擇

基本來銀川住這裏多，設施，衞生，環境就不多説了，都很好的，這個品牌不會有太大問題的。這次有個小問題，就是我12點多到的，房間沒有打掃出來，然後我們就先去吃飯了，前台當時已經交代了要快速打掃一個房間，但是我們回來後，2點了吧，還沒有打掃好，當時一個前台處理不好，折騰了半天，給人搞得心情很不好。不能以現在入住人多為藉口，還是管理環節出了問題。希望加以改進，給客户更好的體驗。

帶孩子住了四天，總體感覺比較差，具體如下：
1. 早餐：種類還算豐富，但是質量非常一般，且盤子有的刷的不乾淨，差評；
2. 住宿；房間比較陳舊，設施很老，游泳池很小，地毯和衞生間清潔不夠乾淨，特意要了無煙房，但還是略有異味，中評；
3. 環境：酒店緊鄰大街，不關窗會很吵鬧；最讓我不滿意的是，酒店和旁邊辦公樓是相連的，不知道是酒店還是辦公樓會經常組織活動，人員比較嘈雜，有一天甚至早上七點放炮，完全不管是否影響賓客休息，就是一門心思組織活動，非常差評！！
4. 交通的話，打車的話還算方便，但是公共交通不太方便，中評
總體差評，不推薦入住！
